Professional Services Definition

All services offered by CodeEdge Rachana Ventures Private Limited are classified as 'Professional Services'. Unlike physical goods, these involve custom intellectual labor, time allocation, and specialized resource deployment. Work commences strictly upon mutual agreement of the Statement of Work (SOW).

/02

No Monetary Refunds

Once the Statement of Work (SOW) is signed and resources have been allocated, all payments processed are final and non-refundable. This strict policy protects the intellectual property and engineering hours deployed from Day 0.

/03

Scope Revision Window

To ensure alignment, we provide a 14-day 'Calibration Period' post-kickoff. During this window, scope adjustments can be made within the original budget parameters to align deliverables with client expectations.

/04

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted formally via email. Settlements will be calculated based on the 'Percentage of Work Completed' vs. 'Milestones Paid'. Any work completed beyond the last paid milestone will be invoiced prior to contract termination.

/05

Advance & Milestones

  • Projects require a mobilization advance (as defined in SOW).
  • Subsequent payments are triggered by milestone completion.
  • Approval of a milestone deliverable implies acceptance of quality; payments made against accepted milestones are irreversible.
/06
