• Payments are strictly for professional services rendered.
• Invoices are raised per the SOW milestone schedule.
• Milestone payments are final and non-refundable upon acceptance.

• CodeEdge Rachana Ventures Private Limited is NOT a financial institution.
• We do not process, hold, or escrow client funds.
• We do not provide investment advice or brokerage services.
